PING G series has arrived

The new PING G Series range of drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, crossovers and irons are now in stock in the Pro Shop. These new offerings from PING have lots of new exciting technology built into them to give you better results. We have a selection of demo 7 irons in the new G series so if you are interested in trying these please come and speak to us in the Pro Shop.

 

PING DEMO Day 

To coincide with the new PING G series products I have arranged for a PING Demo Day here at Ely City Golf Club. The demo day will take place on FRIDAY 22ND APRIL from 10:00 till 3:00. Appointments with the PING technician will fill up fast so please book yours as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. As with all demo days we arrange, both Paul and I will be on hand to help anyone wishing to try the products that couldn't get an appointment. We hope you can make it along to the demo day to try these fantastic clubs. 

CAPTAINS DRIVE IN - THIS SATURDAY 13TH FEBRUARY

This Saturday your incoming Captains will be driving in to signify the start of their Captaincy. Please come along and support Alan Todd, Eve Mair, Barry Carter and James McLaughlin at the drive in. The order of events will be as follows:

11:00 - Join the Captains in the bar for tea/coffee and bacon rolls
11:45 - The 2015 Captains will "Putt Out" on the 18th
12:00 - The 2016 Captains will "Drive In" on the 1st
12:30 - Texas scramble competition off the 1st & 10th

Pro Shop Competition

This Sunday the 14th February to help keep you in the competitive spirit, we will be organising a Pro Shop competition. As with all other competitions please sign in before you play at the Pro Shop and we ask that all cards can be returned to us in the shop after play. Good luck and we look forward to seeing you this weekend.
