The Senior Open 2016
As some of you may know already Andrew went up to Scotland to try and qualify for the British Seniors Open held at Carnoustie Golf Club.
Well I'm pleased to say that after a 2 under par round of 69 at Montrose Golf Club Andrew has qualified to play in the tournament alongside legends like Tom Watson, Bernard Langer, Colin Montgomerie, John Daly, Mark O'Meara and many more.

Callaway Demo Day - COMING TO ELY ON FRIDAY, 12 AUGUST
Due to the demand for Callaway products after the success of Danny Willett at the Masters and now Henrik Stenson at the Open, I have managed to secure another Callaway Demo day.
The Demo day will take place on Friday, 12 August from 10:00 until 2:00.

Titleist Demo Day - Monday, 25 July
I have organised for Titleist to come along to Ely so members can trial there latest range of golf clubs. The trial day will take place on Monday, 25 July from 11:00 until 3:00.
There is no need to book an appointment you can just turn up and try their range of drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons and wedges.

The Open Medal 2016
To coincide with the Open Championship on Saturday we ran our Open medal competition. With 98 members taking part it was a busy day with some great scores shot. Unlike other medals the 'twist' to this competition is when you sign in you pick a name out of the hat made up of all players who made the cut at the Open.
Then to work out the winners we take the medal score on Saturday and combine it with the tour player's score in the Open on Sunday. Below you an see the top ten finishers from the Open medal and there are a couple who made big jumps up the leaderboard thanks to their professionals score.
