Modernising Golf's Rules
Last week the R&A proposed some key changes to the Rules of Golf from 2019. Their Rules Modernisation initiative has been underway for a few years now and this is the next stage in that process. The aim is to not only make the Rules easier to understand, but also to address some of the game's current problems, such as speed of play, and ensure they fit the needs of today's game.

Callaway Demo Day
Last Tuesday I organised for Callaway to come along to Ely for a product Demo Day.
The day proved to be very popular with members loving the new Callaway Epic range as it gave more distance and improved accuracy. Thank you to everyone who came along to the demo day and supported the event.
PING Demo Day - Thursday 30 March
To coincide with the start of the golf season PING will be coming along to Ely City for a product demo day on Thursday 30 March from 10:00 until 14:30.
Spaces for this day are filling fast so if you would like an appointment with the PING technician please contact us as soon as possible.
Demo days are a great opportunity for you to try products in true environment rather than an indoor set up. If you are considering upgrading your clubs or you are interested in adding to your current set come along and see what PING have to offer.
